Baby Yoga with Mums

Birthlight® Baby yoga is a beautiful follow on from Amanda's baby massage, a perfect companion. You'll be amazed at what babies can do!

Babies have open hearts and minds and are ready to embrace new experiences. They are eager for communication and interaction. Their bodies are flexible and unfolding. Whilst assisting babies physical, emotional and social development, baby yoga provides the stimulation of touch, movement and rhythm as well as the stillness of deep relaxation.

Baby yoga uses gentle stretches, massage, movement and playful interaction providing the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. You will become familiar with baby yoga poses and sequences, relaxing holds, walks, lifts, swings and dips alongside rhythm and rhyme. For mothers a few simple yoga moves to relieve physical and emotional tension, to strengthen and heal aiding a healthy postnatal recovery. No previous yoga experience required.
